Job Title: Construction helper 
Job Type: Full-time, permanent  
Vacancy: 3
Wage Rate and hours: $20.00 per hour, 40 hours per week 
Start date: as soon as possible 
Job Location: various locations across Edmonton, depends upon job project.  
Job requirements: 
Language: English 
Education: No education is required. 
Experience: No experience is required. On job training will be provided.  
Job duties: 
Load and unload construction materials 
Move construction materials to work areas 
Assist trade persons such as insulators, carpenters and other team members in construction activities   
Assist in demolishing buildings 
Clean and pile salvaged material 
Clean up chemical spills and other contaminates 
Follow the instructions of an on-duty supervisor 
Perform other activities at construction sites 
Attend on site safety meetings 
Remove rubble, other debris and garbage at construction sites 
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Physically demanding, repetitive tasks 
Security and safety guidelines must always be kept in mind and be strictly followed at all the times. Hard hat, safety glasses and steel toe-cap shoes are must while performing the job duties.
